Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Next day Shipping: 1 business day on orders placed before 12pm
  • Europe:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

At Salt n Shred, we’re all about quality gear that keeps up with your lifestyle. Every piece is built to perform — but if something slips through the cracks, we’ll make it right.

Faulty Products

We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty or defective items.
If your product arrives damaged, or a fault shows up within 14 days of delivery, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — no stress.

How to Start a Return

  • Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

    Conditions

    • Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unworn and unwashed, except where a manufacturing fault has been identified.

    • We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or normal wear and tear.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    • If your item is confirmed faulty, we’ll offer either:

    • A replacement of the same item, or 

    • A refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

    Shipping

    If your return is approved, we will send you out a replacement item free of charge.
